Return Policy:

Disclaimer:
Exchanges will typically be processed for the same item.
In the event of a return or exchange due to product defects or incorrect shipments, we will cover all return and replacement shipping costs. However, please note that customs duties, taxes, or any other fees imposed by your country are not managed by us and are therefore non-refundable.

Unacceptable Conditions for Return:
・Returns due to customer preferences (e.g., incorrect order placement, discrepancy in product image, etc.) will not be accepted.
・Products purchased from any source other than this official online store (ayanokoji-japan.com) will not be accepted.
・If more than 8 days have passed since the product's delivery it will not be accepted.
・Requests made by anyone other than the original purchaser will not be accepted.
・Products that have been used will not be accepted.
・Returned items with visible signs of use, including hair, fibers, dust, dirt or perfume, will not be accepted.
・Products that have been altered or cleaned after delivery will not be accepted.

Refunds:
・Once the returned product is received, a refund will be processed via the credit card used for the original purchase. 
・Depending on your card issuer’s billing cycle, you may still be charged the original amount temporarily. 
・Refunds may be processed in the following billing cycle, depending on the card company’s policies.
