Disclaimer:
Exchanges will generally be processed for the same item.
In cases of returns or exchanges due to product defects or incorrect shipments, we will cover all return and replacement shipping costs. However, please note that customs duties, taxes, or any other fees imposed by your country are not handled by us and are therefore non-refundable.
