Sales Contract:
A sales contract is deemed established when the User submits a purchase request and the Company issues an approval notification. Ownership of the product transfers to the User when the Company delivers the product to the shipping carrier.
The Company may terminate the sales contract without prior notice if any of the following conditions apply:
・If the User violates these Terms.
・If the product cannot be delivered due to an unknown shipping address or prolonged absence.
・If there is a loss of trust between the Company and the User for any other reason.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
これらの利用規約は日本法に準拠し、これに従って解釈されるものとします。サービスに関連する紛争は、当社本社所在地を管轄する裁判所の専属的合意管轄に服するものとします。
